How you can help us…In order to continue to provide this website and a service to our families and the professionals that support them, we need to continuously raise funds. The sustainability of our work is reliant on the generosity of our members and supporters; from hosting fundraising events, applying for grants and sponsorships or by making a donation.
As a non-profit voluntary organisation we rely on the support of our fundraisers simply to meet the day-to-day running costs of providing a support network for families affected by r(20) and running this website to signpost the latest information on the condition.
Your help in raising much needed funds is gratefully appreciated.
It takes a significant amount of money to run even a small charity year on year, not least of which includes hosting and running this website. To help meet these annual running costs and secure the service we aim to provide, we are continuously looking for suitable grant or sponsorship opportunities.
Do you know of a suitable grant making trust, or a corporate sponsor (maybe a company that you work for) that we could approach? We would be happy to look into any suggestions that you put forward.
If you have any suggestions, or can help with making applications, we would love to hear from you.
We are always looking to our members and supporters for help when it comes to fundraising, organising events, or hosting a stand/attending conferences, as well as practical skills like; writing fund/grant applications, social media updating, as well as printing educational resources and materials.
You may have a skill that would be useful to the day-to-day running of the group, or simply some spare time to offer your support for a specific project (support/training can be provided, if necessary).
So please do get in touch with us if you would like to help, or know someone who may be able to. Contact us on our email address above.
