As a non-profit voluntary organisation we rely on the support of our fundraisers simply to meet the day-to-day running costs of providing a support network for families affected by r(20) and running this website to signpost the latest information on the condition.
Your help in raising much needed funds is gratefully appreciated. No fundraising idea is a bad idea, no matter how grand or small, from sponsored events, to cake sales, car boot sales, dress up/down days, raffles/auctions, providing a service e.g. car washing, bag packing at your local supermarket – anything goes!
Get your family and friends involved and have great fun whilst you are doing it – maybe challenge yourself and try something new?

Matched Giving
To boost your funds, have you considered whether a company you work for offers Matched Giving? Often large companies will match any funds raised (or a proportion up to a specified amount) by their employees. It’s always worth checking out if your employer offers this.
Resources
To aid your fundraising, we can supply a small number of Ring20 branded collection pots, collection buckets, pop up banners, posters and a tablecloth on loan, plus we have downloadable sponsorship forms and balloons to help your event go off with a bang!

Use JustGiving to setup your own event page for online sponsorship you can share with your family, friends and colleagues
Facebook Fundraisers
Lots of our families setup birthday fundraisers on Facebook and collect donations for Ring20 instead of gifts. Why not give it a try?
Challenge Event participants
If you’re entering a sporting event on our behalf e.g. run, walk, cycle then we also have Ring20 branded running vests, t-shirts and cycle tops available. Contact [email protected] with details of your forthcoming sponsored event to obtain your free merchandise.
Remember to tell us the quantity and size you require, as well as your postal address.
