Ring20 have joined forces with 8 other UK charities to request an extension to the Down Syndrome Private Members Bill to benefit people living with r(20) syndrome (and other genetic conditions where learning disability is a key symptom):

The medical problems, educational needs and long-term care
challenges you described overlap with those of the people we support…The needs of the people we represent overlap so much with people living with Down syndrome…
