My genome sequence (part I)

Just like the robots, something has changed in the DNA sequence of people with Ring Chromosome 20 causing them health problems.

We don’t know what the DNA change(s) are in people with r(20)…

We are working with our partner Illumina Inc on the UNRAVEL research project to see if it may be possible in the future to identify those DNA change(s). If we can ‘crack the code’ we might be able to make diagnoses more easily and find clues to better treatments.

Thank you Great Ormond Street Hospital charity for allowing us to share this video!
