Families Liaison Officer
I currently work within the NHS and have a background in support focused and liaison based roles, where I have spent a lot of time working closely with people and helping them navigate difficult or uncertain situations.
I was really drawn to Ring20 because of the strong sense of community and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference to families living with a rare condition. I am passionate about helping to remove barriers to support, improving access to information and helping people feel less isolated and more connected during difficult times.
What particularly stood out to me about Ring20 was the charity’s commitment to listening to families and ensuring their voices help shape support services, research engagement and future development. I am really looking forward to building relationships with families, learning more about the community and becoming part of the wider Ring20 team.
